If the Jets land Odunze, we are partying. I think that when all is said and done, that's the guy everybody's going to wish they had on their team. I feel similarly but less bullish about Fautanu as the OL pick. He's going to be a good one. This is a great top 3, as I see it, and how I would have it lined up as well. -

Thats fine they you need to get a 3rd or 4th for Conklin. If not you dont draft bowers. -
I think there’s definitely a chance that Bowers is the pick but it should be stressed that coaches are used, especially at this point, to strategically place smokescreens. I can tell you with absolute certainty that there is a particular team in the AFC the Jets would like to see jump them for Bowers, pushing Odunze right into reachable territory (pick 8), or directly our laps at 10 if he slips a bit. Based on what I have heard, I believe the *realistic* (i.e. who they expect to have a more than 50% shot at) top 3 on the Big Board is: - Odunze - Fautanu - Bowers Of course, someone dropping (MH Jr., Alt, etc.) can alter those plans come draft day, but you can’t prep everything around those hopes. IMO, everything becomes juicy around pick 7, because there’s probably a short list of guys that you start considering a trade up for if they slip. Furthermore, I also know that they prefer to trade down if the top WRs are off the board when we pick, but I remain steadfast in my own belief in that nobody is going to offer anything that moves the needle enough for Douglas to pull the trigger.
