  1. Steve Young is worthless as an analyst. Gruden owns... thet guy makes me laugh.
  2. I almost had a heart attack because of that play. And I am 24.
  3. Agreed. Although I have never forgiven him for that forearm to Drew Brees' head.
  4. Mangini brings another former Jet to Cleveland, LB Barton Associated Press CLEVELAND -- The Browns are becoming the Cleveland Jets. Coach Eric Mangini added another player he coached in New York on Friday, signing former Jets linebacker Eric Barton. The Browns also signed offensive lineman Floyd Womack, who spent the past eight seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. Barton is the fourth former Jets player brought to Cleveland by Mangini, joining linebacker David Bowens, cornerback Hank Poteat and defensive lineman C.J. Mosley. Cleveland's coaching staff also includes several of Mangini's former assistants in New York. The 31-year-old Barton started all 16 games for New York last season. He recorded 119 tackles, the third-highest total of his career. Womack, 30, started 46 games for the Seahawks, and can play tackle or guard. Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press.
  5. Agreed. The A-10 is my all-time favorite. And I used to be REALLY into fighter planes. It is the most menacing looking plane ever built. The F-14 is a VERY close second though, followed by the FA-18 Super Hornet, the F-16, F-15, and i always like the ugly ass A4 for some reason even though its more of a bomber. The SR-71 Blackbird is amazing too, although its a surveillance plane. Hard to believe it came out over 40 years ago and still holds speed and altitude records. Way before its time. Interesting side note - 12 of the 32 built were destroyed in accidents. It flew from Palmdale, CA to Chantily, VA in just over 68 minutes. And the F-22 Raptor is just on another level. Nothing is even close to it.
  6. True. I would still be happy if it were $4.5-5M per season.
  7. They will never go anywhere as long as Snyder is there.
  8. I'd be very happy with that.
  9. I heard on the way home on "All Night with Jason Smith" (i work nights) that Bart Scott DID turn down the ravens offer, and has a meeting on Friday with the Jets. This was an update from John Clayton at about 2:40am. He also said that it is us or the Steelers for Kematou. He has an offer from Pittsburgh for roughly $4M per season, considerably cheaper than Moore.
