Once upon a time, both during our time at JI and after our move to JN, we had a core of posters who comprised the "Night Crew". Yeah, we were a clique for lack of a better term, but it was a friendly clique of late night posters who spent countless hours hanging out, building friendships, and talking about whatever there was to talk about. Football, Porn, ok,,.,Football, TV, movies, whatever sporting event was on TV at that hour.

We need to get that back. We need to get the people that comprised the Night Crew, ALK, Bob, Dick Kotite, EY, et.al, back. We need to get some new members into the fold.

Too much infighting. Too much drama. Too much taking things serious around here. It's time to have some fun.

Our first order of business is to get some of the original posters back.

Who else am I missing?

I was thinking of this the other day...the Night Crew...people would post all night long, that was crazy.

I blame the faster internet connections now. Late night posting vs late night porn. We lose that one every time!

I remember contributing readily to this back on the other side many years ago. It lead to a lot of unnecessarily short nights of sleep and I always seemed to regret it when at work the next morning. So yeah, sounds like a plan.

I never posted back in those days, but I was usually lurking (kinda like shy Ronnie). Anyway, I agree on all accounts. There has really been too much infighting, the overall vibe of the board needs to get back to more of the roots. I know I've been guilty of getting pissed because of all the QB vs OC feuds going on.

I'm usually awake and working late into the evening...

Well it is the late night thread...at some point it isn't late night any longer and becomes what we in the Great Lakes refer to as "morning".
