At 1:29 there is a blank spot for 5 sec then the tape resumes.

Weird seeing the 7 step drop....but you could tell Namath was a natural passer even there. Similar to Vinny at the end with the Jets.

Just amazed at the zip on his passes when he was injury free and in the prime of his career. It made Favre look like a change up thrower!

Namath's arm was never the same after he tore his shoulder up in 71. Actually he wasn't so hot in the 5 games he played in in 70 either

stan white hurt Joe's shoulder 1973--ur right he did lose a lot on his arm after that---& the softball size hamstring he ripped water sking on one of his legs didnt help either

Pretty slouch posture for a pro athlete but his drop-back was the definition of "awe."

Great talent, laser arm, always a thrill to watch.

LOL @ the Ford commercial. What a rattling piece of junk by today's standards.
