Fantasy Mike is back for another fantasy football season, passing along advice on who to pick up and when, as well as key lineup decisions. With the date now hitting July, I put together my 1st Top 200 list which can be reviewed below. This is of course subject to change as we learn more in training camp reports, as well as possible injuries.
But there are a few key points in building teams this year;
- Unless you have a top 4 pick, get your top QB very early, it is now a passing league and the top 4 guys are far above the others.
- Get 1 stud WR and fill in the rest in the middle of your draft.
- In the 2nd round it is not too early for Rob Gronkowski or Jimmy Graham as they are well above all other Tight Ends.
- Get one RB in 1st few rounds and then take chances, in the last few years it has now been proven that by year’s end, top RB’s are taken later or even in free agency after the season. Go for quantity.
- Never draft a defense or kicker for more than $1 and before the last 2 rounds, it s like throwing darts before a season.
