WTF was that that I just watched !?!

Come back from 6-1 down, tie the game and then give it right back.

Terrifying how we go from being up 10 games to basically being tied with the Orioles ...

It really sucks when you have something to lose in Sept.

Since the oblique injury, Robertson just isn't the same

The O's can see the prize, and are playing over their heads right now. Not sure with the way the bats are going right now if we can stop them

Sucks

True Robertson since that injury is not the same pitcher. Orioles are certainly overachieving. Credit Showalter for some of that

In his last six starts he has given up more than 2 earned once and gone less than 7 twice. Sounds like what you want down the stretch. His one "bad" game was against the O's and two were against Boston, so I guess that doesn't prove anything.

All things considered, the Yanks survived the 10 game road trip going 5-5.

Now hopefully CC can actually pitch like an ace again. He's killed them over his last 3 starts, blowing a lead in each one.

Also, it's hard to win when a team is so abysmal with RISP, but Yanks are trying to do it. They won the series going .059 with RISP in the 3 games. This was also only the 6th win this season with the Yanks not hitting a homer.

I think the schedule (primarily the other Div and WC contenders) benefits the Yanks down the stretch.

They'll get in at the very least as one of the WC.

Weird. I didn't say anything about a pennant race. And the Red Soc will have a lot to say about it.

Beating the AAA line-ups that Boston is putting out there is no great feat. I would not have faith in Phil Hughes come playoff time. Which is essentially now.

When you depend on older guys injuries are a feature, not a bug. If CC is nothing more than an average #3 instead of an ace there's no point.

If they win the division, does it still count as a collapse?
