this is wishful thinking. and it's a bluff. The Jets wouldn't pay 10mil to a scout team Qb. and mark won't take 1 mil when he can do nothing and get 10. He's here for another year, deal with it. also, Arizona has their own QB with a contract. Unless you want to have Kevin Kolb for Mark Sanchez trade.

It wouldn't be a bluff and it would be the starting point for a negotiation. Maybe they settle on $2M to let Mark walk. The key is getting rid of him any way possible.

This team has no chance as long as Mark Sanchez is their starting QB. That should be the first interview question for any GM - how are you going to deal with Tanny's mess at QB? Woody should pass on anyone who wants to "salvage" Sanchez with another season as the starter.

If you have to pay him if cut then you may as well get some use out of him as a scout team QB...which would be a HUGE embarrassment for someone who is used to being coddled and told how great he is. The Jets cannot waste another season with Sanchez has QB. Bring in Alex Smith, Henne, or Matt Moore and start developing a young guy. I

The team doesn't need Jones to be a run stuffer.

I would like two OLB propsects if possible. One that can get tons of playing time as a pass rusher, and another time that can replace Calvin Pacein due time.

The Jets have no chance with any of those guys either. Those guys aren't significant enough upgrades to bring in and waste money by cutting Sanchez. I agree bring in someone to develop, but not with this staff.

the cap situation make sit so that there is no way this happens. we are in complete cap hell as it is....no way they release/trade sanchez and add 4.3 million to the cap charge next year

Tim Tebow thinks Klein's throwing motion is messed up; there's probably about a dozen QBs coming out that you'd rather have over him. Unless we have the option to get Geno Smith, i think going OLB with our top pick is the best value. Quarterback and elite pass-risher are the two most important positions in the NFL right now and we have neither.

I definitely think the team needs to look at QB at some point in the draft; if they don't like the value in the first then look for guys like Mike Glennon (my favorite), Landry Jones, Tyler Brae or an EJ Manuel in the later rounds. I think they need to at least address it with one of the picks.

I was going to tell you that I will look at your guys asap, but after the sweet benching of Sanshez tonight and the ok play of number 14 (my lucky number) is leave it for a couple of days. :)
I did however react that someone like TT things his thowing motion is messed up. I mean, what does he know?

Sweet dreams boys, I will savoure this moment for some time.

I can't tell if you're kidding or not, so apologies if I am explaining something for no reason, but I didn't mean Tim Tebow personally has commented on Klein's throwing mechanics, just that CK's motion is so poor, even Tebow would look good comparatively
