how the mighty have fallen...wonder if he's even in the MLB next year

Milwaukee Brewers reliever Francisco Rodriguez was arrested in September for domestic violence, according to a report by CBS 58 in Milwaukee.

The alleged incident involved his girlfriend at his home on September 17.

No charges have been filed, but the Waukesha County district attorney told CBS 58 that he is still reviewing the case.

In 2010 while he was with the New York Mets, Rodriguez was charged with third-degree assault for punching his father-in-law in the family lounge at Citi Field following a game. He later pleaded guilty in connection with the incident and committed himself to a year's worth of anger-management therapy.
