Here's the problem...have a new computer for the kids...HP running Windows 7 Professional.
My son logs on to Facebook and log into his bank account. He closes the browser and then returns the passwords automatically enter and hits return. Happens with both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Cleared cache...still happens...ran virus scan...still happens...ran spyware scan...still happens...restored computer to factory settings...still happens...eventually we had him go to another computer and changed passwords...but we can't figure out what wrong with the computer...even tried contacting Microsoft...they talked us through several steps for an hour or so but eventually they wanted to charge money to fix. Politely said no.
Any help greatly appreciated.
