Gruden is also apparently looking for a job, if we could get him that would be awesome.
Yes, the way he took Tampa Bay and ran them into the ground took exceptional talent

Ryan for at least 2 or 3 more seasons. You cant keep changing coaches and win the SB. I'd get rid of Mr T and the whole scouting department and see what Rex can do with real players.

He had a pretty damn good team in 2009, and he blew that one. Rex has been sucking, and this team has been just degrading, Rex has had a huge part in our drafting of players and is, as a consequence, played a leading in role in our team lacking talent.

I dont think you can get a new GM in here and keep Rex as HC. Rex would then be a lame duck coach. Not a good situation.
That being said, Chip Kelly and Sean Payton would be my 1 and 1A choices in no particular order.

It was the owners...they wouldn't give up the SB coins to the vets that got them there... the whole team was disbanded before the next season started. Ask SappYes, the way he took Tampa Bay and ran them into the ground took exceptional talent

So, Rex is sucking major balls right now. So, who would you want as your hc? I'm leaning towards Chip Kelly (if we could get him), him and Tebow could be an interesting pair.
