The Cowboys finished 19th overall in the league on defense, 17th against the run and 21st against the pass. He took to ESPN to voice a complaint or two, as well as grant a vote of self-confidence saying, "I'll be out of work for like five minutes." Ryan's talk of course didn't literally come true, but five minutes, three days, who is counting? The St. Louis rams fired interm defensive coordinator Blake Williams on Jan. 3, and then also reportedly canned suspended defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, Blakes dad, on the same day.
