There have been several teams that have expressed interest lately in a former Marine, who is now 30 years old and plays WR. The Jets, Redskins and Ravens have all expressed interest in the 30 year old freak of an athlete.

This is the interview I read on the kid, check him out. He told us at NFL Draft Zone that he has talked with 3 NFL teams, the Jets being one. What do you think, are they just making sure they leave all stones unturned or could this be a kid that really gets a shot because of talent?

Here are his highlights, and there is an interview below, what do you think? He looks like he has good hands and is strong.

He's gritty, that's for sure. Maybe too gritty.

I like the fact that he is still going for his dream. The guy is cut up and I am sure he is better than the guy we just signed as a future free agent. That guy has been on 3 teams already and been cut by all of them. Give this kid a shot

Give him a shot in the late rounds if no options really stand out above him. See what he has in camp. Can't teach heart.

Every. *******. Stone. Seems like the Jets will continue to use that in their process.

How long does the good will of having a Freedom Fighter on the roster last if the Jets were to land him?

First of all I would thank this Marine for his service to the nation.

I am not sure what he brings in as a WR but i would definitely give him a try.

His grit is only amplified by his football IQ and coachability. Spends a lot of time in the film room, real gym rat.

But ya gotta wonder about his athleticism.

Doesn't hurt to work him out and maybe give him a camp invite to see what he has. Good for him for not giving up on a dream.

LOL, agree.

I was getting to the point that I thought the Jets were going to hire Sanchez's high school girlfriend to the Flight Crew :(

I know nothing about this guy. He's already got better hands than Stephen Hill.
