ESPN's John Clayton said on SportsCenter that Joe Flacco will likely aim for $20M a year in contract talks. Wants Drew Brees money or more.

If the ravens win the SB and flacco is MVP he will get 20 million.
Eli should fire his agent then.

they should trade him to the Patriots and rebuild.
The fact that you're seriously trying to create a point of comparison between a QB and CB says everything that needs to be said about why there's so little merit to your position on the matter.
Excuses are the tools of the incompetent.

Why? He's the most overrated QB in the NFL and he's paid like one of the best.
You think Flacco's better than Eli?

I'm no contract lawyer, but I think Flacco miiiiiight have a little leverage here.
If im Torrey Smith im right behind Joe heading into Ozzie's office.

They are at about the same level.
Right agreed. Eli struggled because his best player on offense was hurt most of the year. Both guys if you surround them with playmakers can win SUper Bowls.

it was a joke dude jeez '
but this thread does illustrate the dangers of success. As soon as you have good players they want money. Who'd a thunk it. The Ravens mistake was not sucking more, thus allowing them to cheap out on their under performing players. all this winning, it's bad for the cap.
