100% agreed. My wife is a hairdresser. I understand this.
Lesbians usually make good carpenters though... They may not use studs but really know about tongue in groove.
Uncle Frank?? Haha, I've been hearing this one for years...still gets me though.

Culliver issued his own apology on Wednesday.
"The derogatory comments I made yesterday were a reflection of thoughts in my head, but they are not how I feel," Culliver said in a statement. "It has taken me seeing them in print to realize that they are hurtful and ugly. Those discriminating feelings are truly not in my heart. Further, I apologize to those who I have hurt and offended, and I pledge to learn and grow from this experience."
You cannot make this up!

Please dude. Gay dudes like gay dudes. They don't like straights and they don't like chicks. The latter being one their best qualities.

I don't see what the big deal is
Artie Lang (one of the funniest humans ever, btw) asked him a question and he spoke his opinion...maybe a stupid opinion but it's his opinion and he's entitled to it.

What ever
It's not like he killed two people or anything

And people are entitled to crucify him for his opinion.

There's a little bit of 1984/Big Brother about the way these guys are always "sorry" the next day.

Being homophobic is worse than murder.

I would have no problem having a gay teammate going ham and making plays all over the football field. The problem will occur once we get to the locker room and have to get naked and take showers together. It would feel kind of strange for a guy who I know who's interested in male parts in general side by side, cojonas to cojonas, possibily checking me out. But I think this is something people will eventually warm up to as the 21st century moves on.

I'm not gay myself, but a few friends of mine that I played D1 collegiate level sports with said it best: the biggest myth about gay individuals is that they simply want every single guy out there and are unable to control their urges. If your teammates don't come on to you, say anything to you or touch your person, how is it any different than another straight guy being in the shower with you?

You might be missing the point, I have played as well, and I can tell you 100%, knowing a guy is gay and your in there in the shower, its in the back of your mind...thats all I believe some here are saying....I think its motre of a comfort level thing more than anything else....

Anyone who's worried about another dude checking them out probably has some issues regarding their own sexuality. If a guy is confident in his heterosexuality, it shouldn't be an issue. If he's secretly concerned he might like having another dude checking him out, then it's in his best interest to make sure there aren't any dudes checking him out.

Thanks I know how it works what I was saying was I have seen that first hand and am simply passing on info. And I also believe you are assuming way to much with this comment "he might like having another dude checking him out"...back in the day if you said that to a dude, your face would have been bruised a bit.....just saying...

The biggest homophobes tend to be repressing homosexual tendencies. Self loathing, that sort of thing.
