I asked T0m shane  how dO I post a pic but its taking too long for him to reply 

so I need somebody to tell me how I think I am pressing the wrong button ha haaaaaa! yaaahhhh!

There is a little image button on the toolbar, it is to the left of the quote button.  You click that and put in the URL of the picture.  If it isn't already on the web you can use one of the free image hosting providers like http://imageshack.us/.

 

You can also attach it to the post using attach files on the bottom.
