Austin at 9 is a huge reach. Also he is a slot guy and we don't need a slot guy. Of the guys on this list it has to be Star. You can put him at D end and he could also play inside if they do a 4-3 from time to time. Werner is  4-3 end...he doesn't fit..too small to play a 3-4 end and has no experience at LB, also he's not quick enough anyway. Shariff doesn't fit our scheme either, he's a 3 or 5 technique DT in a 4-3. Realistically Floyd won't be there anyway. Jones will fall due to his 4.9 40 and if all 3 top OTs are taken, somone like Jordan might fall. Mingo is another consideration here. Patterson is as raw if not more so than Hill, so he's a reach at 9. Warmack is a real consideration, but if we draft intelligently in rounds 3-7, we can get some quality OLmen. So I would go with Star or Mingo.

notable how Shariff Floyd is everyone's top 3 pick to Oakland but not a single vote in this poll

He's short and not really scheme versatile. I don't see why he'd be an option here.

OTOH if he's as strong as the hype then I guess he can be in the conversation, though I think he's more of a 4-3 guy. Team is set at 3-4 DE as well.
