Trade 9 to the 49ers for picks 31, 34, and 93.

13: Jonathan Cooper OG

31: Giovani Bernard RB

34: Jamie Collins DE/OLB

41: Vance McDonald TE

74: Aaron Dobson WR

93: Logan Ryan CB

105: Gerald Hodges LB/ILB

136: TJ McDonald S/DB

166: Denard Robinson WR/UT

197: Dustin Hopkins K

Might be the greatest draft of all time.

I always have an alternate greatest mock ever:

13: Jonathan Cooper G

31: Vance McDonald TE (In a Keller-esque overdraft?!?!?! No.)

34: Jamie Collins DE/OLB

41: Terrance Williams WR

74: Zac Dysert QB (From the JN mock itself)

93: Andre Ellington RB

136: TJ McDonald S

166: Sanders Commings CB

197: Dustin Hopkins K

You choose which one you consider to be the greatest mock ever written.

I doubt SF 49ers make that trade. But if you end up with a 31 the pick is Ran Nassib. I won't be surprised if he is the Top QB pick in this draft!

I dont do mocks but...if I did...it would look like this and the Jets would be the awesomest drafters ever.

9 - Patterson

13 - Mingo

41 - Warford

72 - Kelce

106 - McDonald

141 - Gillislee

Then, who cares....maybe take a flier on a late RD QB and some OL depth.

Your first two picks.speak.to.me. If Warford is between Brick and Mangold then also good.

That would be awesome if McDonald is still there at 106.

<3?

Honestly, thats why I dont do mocks.  Past the 1st and 2nd round, who knows?  I was actually using the JN draft selection to see where players were going and basing it off that.  I think McDonald was there.

FWIW - I've been pretty good about guessing the Jets first round pick.  Nailed the last 3 years.  Whiffed on Sanchez and Gholston as they were the only 2 players I wanted nothing to do with.  Wanted Revis, didnt think we'd get him and nailed DBrick.

So, I'm pretty much the greatest of all time with this stuff.  That said, I honestly have zero clue who the Jets take this year but its starting to feel more and more like Patterson is going to be the pick.  Not sure why.  And I was originally against it...but like it now that we've got 2 early picks.  It also would help me stomach the Guards you guys love so much...but I still wouldnt go that direction.

A combo of pass rusher and Patterson or Austin is what I want now.

I'd rather a pass rusher and Eifert. WR value in this draft is better in rounds 2 and 3.

Enough with Swope already!

With those same picks--

18 - Eiffert

23 - Nassib

39 - Lemonier

47 - Warford

72 - Michael

Winner.

I like the Vance McDonald pick.  Thing is, if he's your guy- you can't risk losing him to another team.  You have to take him at 13, 9, or even consider trading all the way up to #1 to get him.
