"Since 2002, the Texans, Lions, Cardinals, Redskins, Saints, Browns, Bears, Broncos, Giants, Bills, Dolphins, Chargers, Cowboys, Chiefs, Jaguars, Seahawaks, Bengals and Ravens have won ZERO playoff games.
