True, but they still need to add an average safety. I'm not convinced they are going to roll with Josh Bush and Dawan Landry. I sure hope they aren't. hotcoles87
Well after the last 4 rounds netting us 3 guards and a fullback I'd say that an impact player might be one need.
GangisGreen
S, TE are the two most glaring needs. I will throw it out there, sign woodson to play FS.

Is that like an in-the-box type safety or more of a linebacker who can drop back into coverage??

HessStation
The defense has no pass rusher or safety linebacker what a mess They signed Antwan Barnes whom is a pass rushing specialist. They also resigned Pace. Rex has spoken about using Coples in a similar role to Suggs. McIntryre is a solid role player/jag who's still on the roster, Sapp is still on the roster. They seem to be ok in the middle with Harris and Davis and Mauga/Bellore backing them up. At safety it iis pretty thin with Landry and Bush as your starters along with Allen. But I think the front 7 is pretty sured up for 2013.

I'm optimistically wondering if they're gonna roll out Hayden as their secret weapon this year....LOL, the offseason is always fun to hope for the best case scenarios.... Well, they may have just hit a jackpot because the kid is quite talented. Well, we're still looking for LB's and Jordan Campbell is still a UDFA EDIT: Scratch that one too, bengals picked him up. The Jets are really moving slow on guys that I like.

bitonti
Ryan Spadola ran a 4.48 at Indy combine at 6'1" his 3 cone was among "top performers" at WR. He and Zach Rogers are both good UDFAs. *** If you want to look at undrafted talent check out the Jets current WR corp. It's full of young sleepers. I literally don't know half of these guys at all. guys with more than 1 year NFL exp. 1. Santonio Holmes 2. Stephen Hill 3. Jeremy Kerley 4. Clyde Gates 5. Jordan White 6. Royce Pollard 7. Emmanuel Arceneaux 1 year or less NFL exp. 8. Titus Ryan 9. Vidal Hazelton 10. Joseph Collins 11. Thomas Mayo 12. Titus Rogers 13. I agree with your targets, but maybe not necessarily with your order. Either way it's just ridiculous that we had 8 picks but only addressed 1 of those 3 needs. Either way it's just ridiculous that we had 8 picks but only addressed 1 of those 3 needs. As long as they stayed true to their board, I'm fairly content with their picks. Draft for value, and hit the FA market for needs. That said, CB and QB were a couple minor needs they managed to hit with value picks, too. I'd put TE as the number one need on this team right now (provided someone can play QB). I'm left hoping Hayden Smith surprises the hell out of me.
