The guys on Baseball Tonight brought a very good point up. He did not even fight it. He appeals the one from last year and this year takes a suspension over the minimum? I wonder is MLB went to him and said, "Here is the evidence. You can fight it and you will lose. You will then spread it out. over this and next season at 100 (or more) games. The Yankees desperately want Selig to ban ARod forever so they can weasel out of his deal because they're a scumbag franchise. 2. Selig couldn't nuke ARod without dealing with Braun first, because Braun, obviously, is his boy. 3. The Brewers are now playing out the string anyway. 4.
