A-rod passes Stan Musial on the all time RBI list

Someone should ban that guy.

haha well Selig tried his hardest but apparently A-rod and his high priced lawyers know what's up.  This works out great for the Yankees...a-rod will serve his suspension at ages 38 and 39, instead of 37 and 38.  Obviously his production at age 37 is going to be better than it would be at age 39.

A-rod will be very close to 3,000 hits by the end of this season

All I'm saying is until they find him guilty that he should be allowed to play

Last i checked he has not been found guilty in the biogenesis case.

There isn't a trial. It's not a matter of guilt or innocence, it has to do with did he or didn't he. He's going to get suspended, it's just a matter of how many games.

Excuse me sir, last I checked A-rod filed an appeal of his drug related suspension.  Not a "how many games" suspension.  The amount of games is irrelevant.

He's certainly not giving us any indication through interviews that he is "innocent" of using anything, I certainly will give you that.  I think he's clearly guilty but until MLB declares so he is still "innocent" of any drug suspension and has every right to play.  That is why Dick Vitale (a HUGE Tampa Bay fan) looks very silly on the subject.  He is certainly entitled to his opinion but I am very glad he is not a judge or a police officer if that is how he feels...
