Lego My Lageman
Anyone ever Grill Lobsters at a tailgate? Im nervous about getting the pot of water hot enough. Can a charcoal grill get me there?
Bugg
Seen lobsters grilled with mixed results. King crab legs are way easier-snap king crab knuckles to make the size manageable, wrap in foil pack of 3 or 4 with a bit of beer or water, butter, lemon and/or garlic and let them steam for 15 minutes, and flip them once.Nothing is as easy nor better. Can a charcoal grill get me there? No, charcoal can't get you there. Better off actually grilling just tails, or borrow a fish cooker.

bealeb319
if you can elevate them off the grill a bit and steam them they should come out just fine.
bealeb319
so I was thinking. you have pleanty of other options with lobster. you should consider making lobster salad, lobster dip, or lobster bisque all of those you could prepare at home and bring with you the bisque you could warm up on a small pot and it wouldn't really need to boil.
