Height: 6'0 Weight: 195 Est 40 time: 4.45

Pros: Long strides, superb athlete, accelerates quickly, can make the difficult catch, excellent leaping ability, effective blocker.

Cons: Tracks deep ball poorly at times, and drops open passes sometimes.

Pros: Great speed, ability to beat press coverage, natural hands, good change of speed, elusive, sharp route runner.

Cons: Not very physical, DUI arrest

Pros: Good athlete for his size, incredible length, very good route runner.

Cons: Must attack balls better, must get stronger, needs to be more consistent catching the ball.

Pros: Great hands, can go up and make the tough catch, good route runner.

Cons: Knee injury in 2012, needs to add weight

Pros: Speed to stretch defenses, natural hands, big hands, elusive, good vertical, can make tough catches, great hacks, keeps head on a swivel.

Cons: Some focus concerns

I like Mike Evans. He uses his size and basketball skills to box out and attack the ball in the air. He's a little stiff in the hips and a tad slow. If he can get his 40 time down I could see him taken in the bottom of rd 1. Right now I have him in the 2nd. He's a less explosive Vincent Jackson.

They are. I'm as big of an LSU homer as you're going to find on this board, so I try not to give my opinion of all the guys unless I think they're really going to make it: the only players I really touted, besides the obvious in Peterson and Caliborne, were Reuben Randle, Bowe, Eric Reid, Mingo and Kevin Minter. I'm willing to stick my neck out for Landry and OB Jr as well; these guys aren't going to be your first round receivers, but they can do just about everything you ask and will make a team extremely happy in the second day.  Beckham probably moreso than Landry.

I was on the verge of changing my position earlier this year and I've finally made the decision: I like OB Jr. more than Landry. I love both and think they're both going to be early second round picks and very good pros, but something about Bekham really excites me. 

 

Jeremy Hill is my favorite back in the country: not totally a homer pick, the guy has everything you look for. When he comes out in 2015, he's going to make a team very happy. 

 

Mettenberger is currently in the conversation for the first round, he might not make it, but he has all the tools to be a good QB, especially since Cameron has been working with him. I prefer his style of play moreso than the Mariotas, Boyds and Manziels of the world.

For all of the posters on here who are constantly complaining about guys who only catch with their body, something I think is vastly overrated unless you watch every single catch they make, you should take a long hard look at Jordan Matthews out of Vanderbilt and then once again Odell Beckham Jr.

Outside of retooling the WR and TE positions, I hope Idzik continues to go the route of not giving out second contracts and starts drafting replacements for guys in anticipation of them leaving. Generally like the shorter backs in the NFL. Gurley seems injury prone....Davis is a bull. Has some Ray Rice in him to me.

Doubt it, his stock has dropped somewhat this year from last and being an Ole Miss fan, the rumblings I hear around the program are that he is going to return for his senior season.  Though nothing is definite.

 OK update from what I am hearing now.   Looks like Moncrief will come out.   Didn't know that he had a daughter born this summer and that has changed his priority and also caused him to press some this season.
