19andOhWait
Bengals QB Greg McElroy has retired from the NFL. McElroy, 26 in May, was a decorated high school and college star but never really stood a chance in the NFL. He was a seventh-round pick of the Jets in 2011 and made one start -- a Week 16 loss to the Chargers in 2012. McElroy signed a futures deal with the Bengals in January. He may look to coaching or politics. week 16, 2012: 14-24 185 yds 0 tds #neverforget

Jetsfan80
His legacy will be opening his mouth to the media, Jets going "And just who the f*** are you?", and him losing the # 3 QB job to Matt Simms as a result. Awesome.
