In my experience it's because that's the person who needs to prove something to themself the most. Like Newhouse in Dazed and Confused. 9 times out of 10, the more a person knows how to throw, the more that person will try to diffuse a situation. Now they were on the ground so the bigger guy had the advantage. But it was still up for grabs until the white car backs away. Watch it and let me know what you think.
