LAD_Brooklyn
If my counting is right we drafted 5 prospects we interviewed/workout last season. Is there anymore prospects missing from this year's Top 30 visits?

BroadwayJoe12
Christine Michael is one of the players on the list that I really wish we were able to sign, he's going to be a beast once Lynch moves on. Also, is Mike Catapano a HOFer yet or still giving out handjibbers for a beer?
dbatesman
If my counting is right we drafted 5 prospects we interviewed/workout last season. You're actually understating the significance of the visits thing. Over the last 10 years or so, literally every single one of our first-rounders has been a visit. #27TheDominator
If my counting is right we drafted 5 prospects we interviewed/workout last season. Is there anymore prospects missing from this year's Top 30 visits? Drafted 5 and signed Pantale(still here) and Spadola (gone) as UDFAs from the local list. It is interesting they seem to think Rex was so in love with Travis Chappelear. The guy was an UDFA and has bounced around a few teams. He would have been an easy and cheap pick up. Either Rex did not like his workouts or with moving Coples to OLB, he was too much of a project or whatever. You'd thinkif thy liked him at all he'd be on the practice squad. BurnleyJet
That's what I was thinking I have this dream the Jets Trade Back as Teddy Bridge is at 18 and some sucker bites, they pick up another second and a 3r rounder, and pick one of the top Guards in round two, with the extra pick, Drafting Moncrieff, Xavier Su'a-Filo, Jace Amaro and Jason Verrett in rounds 2 and three. Sperm Edwards
If my counting is right we drafted 5 prospects we interviewed/workout last season. Is there anymore prospects missing from this year's Top 30 visits? Look that way. So at least we're using visits for visits and not purely for a smoke screen deception. If we're interviewing a guy it seems there's a strong chance we actually like him. Not to mention there is at least 1 guy we'd have taken if he was available (Austin), and as Dom mentioned 2 guys we signed as UDFAs after the draft. Others like Michael I think got taken higher than expected/hoped (for all we know that would have been our 3rd round pick instead of trading our 4th for Ivory). Plus we were only going to draft 1 QB, so we got our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices in there (publicly I'm sure they'll say Geno was their top choice, but truthfully we don't know for sure). A little light on the offensive line visits this year, as in zero. Will be interesting to see how that plays out in the end when we can see who we took. Like we looked at Lotulelei but passed on him and instead drafted Richardson, who we didn't have a visit with.
