GREENBEAN
In the past we have provided you with coverage when it comes to round eight of the NFL Draft and this year will be no different. We will condense the Jets’ UDFA signings and tryout offers into one article which we will update as information is provided throughout the coming hours and days. Being that we are at the mercy of sites such as Twitter, JetsDraft and NEPatriotsDraft, things are bound to slip through the cracks and the information may not necessarily be accurate or could change at any time, so please be patient with us. We’ll get it right in the end. In the mean time, sit back and keep refreshing for updates. Stonehands
It is easier to recruit UDFA's when you only have 4 or 5 draft picks. This year has to be a tough sell if the question is one of opportunity to make the final roster or practice squad.

This year has to be a tough sell if the question is one of opportunity to make the final roster or practice squad. Maybe, but the unit matters too. There's room to make the team in the front 7 and OL, which is pretty much why that's all we've signed sans the one WR, and the kicker's probably got a shot at the PS. JetNation
We are going to hold off on officially announcing any undrafted free agent signings by the New York Jets. It is just much safer to wait until they are officially announced. Here is a thread that has a lot of information on If you don’t feel like UDFA’s are important, remember that Damon Harrison was not drafted. Now he sits in the middle of the Jets defensive line. When you watch him now it seems impossible that every team passed on him. Hindsight is 2020, so hopefully John Idzik can improve the Jets roster with an UDFA signing.
