65 Camp Attendees Include Draft Choices, Free Agents and 37 Tryout Players

The Jets have opened their three-day rookie minicamp at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center this morning.

Sixty-five players are expected to participate at the minicamp. The list includes our 12 selections from last week's NFL Draft, seven undrafted free agent signings after the draft, nine free agents previously signed since the end of last season, and 37 unsigned players invited to the minicamp as tryouts.

The quarterbacks for the minicamp are sixth-round draft pick Tajh Boyd from Clemson and first-year tryout B.J. Coleman from Tennessee-Chattanooga.

Seems like a whole lot of tryout WR when they have so many on roster.  I am waiting to see TJ Barnes.  Interesting developmental player.  He is HUGE, but I don't remember him from camp last year.  Looks pretty well proportioned for 360.  Interesting they have Colin Anderson at TE.  He stood out in some of the Dozier highlights.

This link has the tryout players listed in a format you can read.  One of JiF's boys Ahmad Black is a tryout.  5th round pick of the Bucs.  Spent some time active and got cut mid-season 2012.  Right after he got busted for weed and hasn't been in the league since.  Slow and small.
