Matt39
I thought everyone coalesced around Wiggins being #1? Doesn't seem like that anymore. His final game was a disaster too.

SMC
34 is a good pick for Knicks in deep draft. Should get rotation player. Hopefully they don't waste it on a European who'll never play in MBA
T0mShane
Hearing that Shumpert is essentially a valueless player right now, and Jackson can't even get a low first for him. Looks like Aten was right again.

T0mShane
Didn't Deron have his ankles amputated this offseason? Nets need to build around Plumlee. I wish. Broussardfwiw reported that the Nets have been calling around about dumping both Deron and Brook Lopez, then making a push for Lebron. As implausible as that is, it was still fun to imagine the remaining 150 Knicks fans all jumping off of the Williamsburg Bridge at the same time. Dont think he's leaving now.
SMC
Wiggins was a no brainer. Even Cavs wouldn't **** that pick up. Early pick was a good one as was the Greek Freak
Miss Lonelyhearts
Wiggins was a no brainer. Even Cavs wouldn't **** that pick up. Early pick was a good one as was the Greek Freak 2 Let's remember that we're talking about a team that has squandered more draft capital in a shorter period of time than any other franchise in any sport, with the possible exception of themselves under Stepien, before we start handing out A grades after all of a week. You're certainly right in the sense that no matter the outcome they're never going to get too much crap off anybody for taking Wiggins, just as was the case with Kyrie. The difference is that the numbers put Irving in the same category with the ballsier, and as it turned out, better, choices of Leonard and Faried. Not so with Wiggins. Philly was ready to trade away the cow and the magic beans to score Embiid and landed him at 3 anyway. Arturo Galletti's models hate C-anthony and Antenotgonnaworkhhereanymore, and of course that for me at least trumps all the anecdotal nonsense until and unless. Labeyrie on the other hand was the most per-whatever productive player in the French league, with the caveat that that's basically the single-A level of the Euro associations.
