Pretty much after this season since he had loads of cash and tons of draft picks to work with. If we fail this year miserably his job will be on the line next season if we do not improve. In todays NFL with FA as big as its become you should be able to build a winner in 3 years or less. The 5 year model is a thing of the past The caveat being the coaching situation, of course, and how much of a hand Woody had in keeping Rex. I'm as unimpressed with Nelson as most of the board is with Hill. It's not shocking that a sixth round pick could turn a couple heads with that level of competition.
