Erik Coleman and Chad Cascadden are joining the SNY team. Former Jets safety Erik Coleman (2004-2007) will make his Jets Game Plan debut on Thursday, September 4 th. The nine-year NFL veteran will serve as studio analyst alongside Ray Lucas each week throughout the season providing fans an in-depth preview of the week’s upcoming matchup. Co-hosted by Brian Custer and Jeané Coakley, Jets Game Plan premieres Thursdays at 4:30pm starting September 4th, before moving to the 6:30pm timeslot on October 2nd. The critically acclaimed Jets Post Game Live has a new look as former Jets linebacker Chad Cascadden (1995-1999) joins the lineup, while renowned special teams coach Mike Westhoff returns in a full-time capacity following his part-time role during the 2013 season. Cascadden and Westhoff accompany host Brian Custer and Jeané Coakley immediately following every Jets game with priority locker room access to Coach Rex Ryan’s closed-door address to the team, exclusive on-field interviews, and reactions with key Jets players and post-game press conferences. Along with his weekly appearances on Jets Game Plan, Erik Coleman is slated to appear periodically throughout the season. NFL Insider Mike Garafolo joins the Jets Extra Point crew beginning Tuesday, September 9 th. A former New York Giants beat writer for Newsday and current senior NFL reporter for FOX Sports, Garafolo will sit down each week with host Brian Custer and Ray Lucas to dissect the team’s most recent performance and offer in-depth expert analysis. The program will also feature exclusive interviews with Jets players and coaches. Jets Extra Point premieres Tuesdays at 4:30pm starting September 9th, before moving to the 6:30pm timeslot on September 30 th. Funny though, I asked if he was still doing the show because he hasn't been on this offseason. He said yes, then joked unless his wife kills him.
