Mike explains he has been promoted to GM from assistant GM. Bradway fired by woody. Herm leaving for KC, compensation is 4 and a 5 this year and a 2 next year. Mike T " we are exploring all options for our HC position. We have a few qualifications for this position: 1. Can manage a game without having an old man follow the coach around to do it for him.....and still fail miserably at it. 2. A winner 3. Talks football instead of ways to be a good person. 4. Likes BBQ but only at a resturant. YUCH. Why would you want someone as your GM who has very limited personnel assessment talents, and want him to lead that charge?
