Fire Bradway and most of the Management of the Scouting Staff. Start fresh up front. 3. Fire Rex Ryan. The man most personally responsible for four years of not winning. No one else to sacrifice/scapegoat to save himself now. 4. Fire Marty M. The man simply doesn't know how to coach an offense with a weak/young QB, and the Bills Game cemented that. 5. Replace the above, GM, Scouting Dept. Heads, Head Coach & Coordinators. 6. GM picks the scouts. GM picks the Coaches. Coach picks the Coordinators. Scouts/GM/Coach pick future players, in that order. A whole bunch of people would be hired to replace them. Hire people that are qualified to win and are elite such as a Harbaugh for head coach. But its not like the team has never tanked before. The team is laughingstock you say. Well its not like it was any different before. To hell with the fans. They are miserable phucks who complain anyways, no matter what you do. So just ignore them. Goodell will finally arrange for someone to pay you even more money to sell the team. You profit, I profit. Grab an established coach, maybe harbaugh. Get another CB. Also need a FS, but that's not a dire need, but Dawan will prob not be here next season. And by immediately, I mean pick up the phone before you even finish reading this post. Make Mornhinweg interim HC and Graves interim GM for the remainder of the season. Try to lose as many games as possible this season. Back up the Brinks truck to Jim Harbaugh's house and make him HC/President of football operations, with final say on personnel matters. Let him hire his own stooge GM to deal with contracts, the salary cap, etc. Have him revamp the entire scouting department. Draft Mariota, and sign a a true #1 WR (Dez or Demaryius) for him to grow with. Scrap the 3-4; it's a dumb scheme that relies on having elite CBs, and OLBs who can get to the QB, of which we have neither. Move to a 4-3, where getting pressure with a 4 man front means we don't have to resort to constant "Rexotic" blitzes that leave our weak secondary exposed.
