I'd fine Vick myself for the way he handled the victory formation stunt.  Personally, I think what he did might have been considered a fumble.  He should have kneeled down and NEVER GIVE UP THE ******* BALL UNTIL YOU ARE HANDING IT TO A REF BLOWING A WHISTLE. The way that **** spits it up I would have him carrying a ******* ball around all day and fine him everytime someone gets it out of his hands.

Where as I agree about the player safety, the play was still alive when he jumped and NFL would never win that case.

I don't see why not. If someone gets hurt in that play, it changes everything. But he only put himself at risk with it.
