jorge o8
6th overall too early? After Winston and Cooper hes the guy I like the most. i think J Strong and him are neck and neck but I do believe that they will not go top 10 wich I think we can drop to 10 or 11 and get one of them and an extra 3rd. win4ever
It might be a tad early, but his stock is going to rise at the combine. I think he's going to run a 4.3 40, and fast shuttle times. I honestly wouldn't be shocked if he went top 10.

Play2Win
ODB was a late 1st rounder until his combine , the he went to giants with no 12. Anything is possible

David Harris
Both Terry Glenn and Marvin Harrison ended up being better than Keyshawn who was drafted first overall. We really shouldn't give a flying Fk about "value" - draft value means nothing after thier rookie years (Eric Fisher, Luke Joeckel, Dion Jordan were taken 1,2 and 3 overall). Look at the league, clearly 1st round talent means something but really if you think Devante Parker is special then you take him at #6 overall and don't care who says what. bgmn
Mock drafts has the Jets taking Cooper, I'm very wary of bama players. They just don't pan out. This DaVante kid looks really good. The highlights I've seen, he have excellent instincts and awareness on the field...
Paradis
Parker is the bomb. if not for that injury, i think he'd be rated above Cooper. At risk of being a little facetious, you're talking about Dez & Roddy white when you're talking about Parker and Cooper.
peebag
Rather get Kevin White instead.
sec101row23
Parker will not be considered a reach by the time the draft gets here. Last year this time we were having a hard time convincing people that Mike Evans was good value at the 18th pick, and OBJ was being talked about as a second round guy. SenorGato
http://mattwaldmanrsp.com/2014/09/01/boiler-room-wr-devante-parker/ Just a look at one route he ran poorly. I see Parker as a Muhsin Muhammad type WR, "possession guy" but a potentially good one.
derp
I like Parker a lot. He was more productive on a per game basis this year than he was last year despite losing Bridgewater and coming off an injury. Tall, fast, quick feet for a taller WR, really good body control, long arms, attacks the ball with his hands. I can see him winning in contested situations but also use those quick feet to get open and make some stuff happen after the catch. I don't know if he'll go top 10 (injury concerns with missing early this season and his frame plus top 10 WR's are usually underclassman standouts) but I think he'll be a good player and wouldn't mind him ending up a Jet. JetBlue
Rather get Kevin White instead. Me too; they are similar in size and style but White appears faster and more explosive. Plays like a faster Larry Fitz to me. Bottom line if we could trade down and still get White, Parker or Strong that would be awesome.

drdetroit
Excellent hands and wingspan. Mediocre speed. He's a slightly taller version of Hakeem Nicks. I would only use the #6 on him if Sherff, Winston and Cooper are all gone. Please, no more DB's or edge rushers who average 1 or less sacks per season.
