DoubleU
When the Jets play in their next Super Bowl, I want to watch it by myself in my living room with my big screen TV. My wife can also sit in if she promises not to say anything. And I won't start drinking till the 2nd half.

Lil Bit Special
I prefer not watching the game with people who dont give a sh*t. I was so pissed last year when we went to a SB party and we missed the opening kickoff of both halves because the non-football people wanted to flip around and watch other sh*t. All i want to do is watch the game. I dont wanna chit chat. I dont want to discuss poopy diapers and parenting techniques. I want beer, wings, chips, spreadable cheese and enough toilet paper to wipe my ass for a year. Everyone else can go screw. Once my new house is finally past fixing the basement flooding, the next SB party will be kids and non-football people in the basement and the real football people upstairs. near the fridge and oven and bathroom. AFJF
I think I've been to 2 SB parties and I'll never do it again. It's a nightmare sitting in a room with people talking about how they "can't wait for the halftime show".

FloridaJetsFan
Sadly, we host one every year at the behest of my wife. I'm the only one watching the game and all our friends who know sh*t about the NFL are socializing. I zone them out and do my own thing, but I do admit - the food is always GREAT! This happened to me last year as well. Got invited to my friends place to watch the game there (the last 10 years he had come to my place but with the 1 year old he decided he would host) I immediately regretted my decision to go when it was clear playing with the kid in the middle of the room was more important than the game. I'm watching alone this year
