Dungy took over a team Wyche started to turn around.  Plus, the smartest thing Dungy did was hire Monty Kiffin.  He built that defense that won Gruden a championship.

 

Amazing how you gloss over the fact the team he took over was actually 3-13.  A team that went from 12 wins to 10 (twice) and finally 9 before collapsing to 3.   

 

ok, belicheat did a better job in Cleveland then Dungy in INdy

 

even though not a single indisputable fact backs up that claim, it's correct cause you want it to be

Belichick took over an old terrible team.  Dungy took over the Colts with Manning.  That is the same knock you use for Belichick.
