Been reading all the post and need to explain who are the Jets going to pick at 6

Everyone is trying to guess on what player are the Jets going to get with their 6. To answer that or assume that it is not even close. It all depends on free agency and who the Jets get in here since we have much money to spend from our cap. If we sign Thomas from Denver and Shorts from the Jaguars do we need to draft a receiver. No we don't, same as if we bring back Cromartie and sign Maxwell or Kareem Jackson do we need to go CB in the first. Again no we don't so let's just watch and listen who will be coming in as free agents.

Uh....yeah I think we all know this but there is not much else to do at this point in time.  Also you use Fa to cover your needs so you can choose the best player.  We were not going CB at 6 anyways.

Agreed, While two week into FA, the picture will be clearer than it will be the last week of april, does not mean that discussing the merits of any player is useless. Fans want a qb, LT, DE pass rushing OLB, oline, WR and CB plus FS. With 15 teams with 25 mill and 6 teams with 40 mill to spend and 1/2 of the top fa most likely getting tagged, the draft will still be used to fill the majority of holes.
