Mccourty/Pryor at S.

Maxwell/Cro/Milliner At CB

Brandon Graham at ROLB

and this defense looks Top 10.

Merely not using the 2014 Jets' preseason 4th-7th stringers as starting CBs for the whole year really ought to be enough to get into or barely outside the top 10.

mccourty is gona get some serious dough, i hope we are in the mix

Do you seriously think the Pats would have tagged Gostkowski if they didn't have a long-term deal with McCourty already worked out?

McCourty won't be going anywhere.

But as this article suggests,http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/01/keeping-secondary-intact-would-cost-the-pats-a-fortune/

They can't keep Revis, Browner, and McCourty all together. One of them will have to go. My guess is Browner.

It's strange how New England fans, fairweather for the most part, have this notion that the image and tradition will negate money and lower prices for FA.

It's a Yankees mentality.

I hope you're right. Although I do think it would be easier to work a new deal out with McCourty than it will be with Revis.

I think both of them move on, McCourty more likely than Revis.  McCourty got his ring, with the eagles, jets and titans are the most likely landing spots.   I thought he was going to sign a deal for 5 and 35 but that looks out the door, now it looks more like he wants the big payday, similar to Byrd 6 year 54 mill., I don't see the pats paying 9 mill for a safety pro bowl or not.

Nah...you just sorely need some new material. I mean really.

yes, cause getting you to respond 3 times to 1 post is a perfect indication that I need new material.... PatsFanTx aspires to that kind of response
