rest of the draft
2 - A. Dupree OLB.... well be coached up for a year by Bowles & co. before taking over full time in 2016
3 - I. Ekpre-Olomu CB... Won't be rushed into action. Will give jets options in 2016
4 - D. Lewis WR... big bodied guy (6'4, 215) who will be Marshall's understudy. Would have gone higher if not for playing at C. Arkansas
7 - T. Williams NT... Angry man who will serve as depth and rotate in

notable UDFAs... B. Bennet QB SE Louisana, G. Johnson RB SFA, D. Shackelford ILB Ole Miss

TEAM DYNAMIC:

Offense:
Geno & Fitz (not ideal, but Gailey will make it work). Flyer on Bennett. See how he looks in practices for 2016
Running game lead by Ivory & Gordon... P.Thomas in on 3rd and longs.
WR corps featuring Decker/Marshall/Kerley/Lloyd with Lewis as an understudy
Oline gets better with Carpenter and Collins. Massive upgrade at Guards
Tight Ends - bolstered by Gresham inline, and Jace spread out. Casey in on packages and ST.

Defense:
Versatile scheme upfront that has Richardson, Wilkerson, Harrison and Coples/Graham at DE on 40 fronts
Pass rush gets an upgrade with Graham and Dupree
Revis, Cro headline the secondary with Milliner/McDougal and Ifo competing for snaps. Pryor and Jarrett will try to sort out the safety situation.

Final thoughts -- Gailey and Geno will have no excuses. Huge talent infusion... while on Defense Bowles orchestrates an aggressive defensive front that terrorizes QB leaving the new secondary to hold the fort.

No way in hell Williams last till 9. He is the best player in this years draft.  Oakland will not pass on him.

The browns trade down, not up.

At 32, the pats would go Dupree,

C. Ogbeuhi won't be able to go until November, he just blew out his knee in Jan.

Maxx Williams? Why not Peat?

So at the end of all of this (Bud Dupree isn't going in the second) we still have holes at OLB and Safety and no long term answer at WR or CB

thanks for the constructive feedback... and yes, Dupree could go in the second. There's a bounty of OLBs in FA, and there's a number of them in the draft. They're not ALL going to go in the first. Dupree isn't sure thing. He's yet to put it together. He represented value in my draft, and that's why we took him. Also, we signed Brandon Graham, if you read the whole thing.

As for the answer at CB -- we'll based on what i wrote, we have Revis and Cro plus Milliner McDougle and Ifo... so there's reason for hope.

WR? just didn't work in the draft. I almost slotted Hardy to is in round 2, but based taking two offensive prospect and Dupree still being there, it made sense. Don't sleep on Dezmin Lewis.

The pats trade back (they do that sometimes).

I actually had Peat in there, and then my computer crashed. Must have missed him when i rewrite typed half of it. Ya, he'd go before Ogbeuhi or Maxx.

The browns will not trade back... that's retarded. The last two times they traded back, they lost Watkins in place of potential bust Gilbert, and gave away Julio for magic beans that grew nothing. They're going up if anywhere.

USC DL Leonard Williams only recorded one QB hit and two hurries on 3rd and long snaps in 2014, according to PFF.

He also did not register a sack in this area. Obviously it is a very select number of snaps, but it could be a number worthy of your attention. Despite the glowing praise Williams receives, Rotoworld and other evaluators have questioned the DL's explosiveness to disrupt. Some place that on a reactive scheme, but Williams tested like an average athlete. That is not to say Williams isn't a good prospect. He absolutely is thanks to powerful hands, length and ability to shed. Mar 5 - 12:09 PM

Alvin Dupree - DL - Wildcats

Kentucky LB Bud Dupree "projects as a fringe first-round pick despite his considerable natural ability, and his hands are one of the biggest reasons," notes ESPN's Steve Muench.

"He can do a better job of keeping blockers off his frame and countering when he does get reached," Muench wrote. The 6-foot-4, 267-pound Dupree blazed a 4.56-second 40 time in Indy, faster than the five-year combine average for corners (4.55). "Few players carry their weight as well as Dupree," the analyst wrote. Dupree jumped the farthest amongst LBS with a 11-6 broad jump, and his 42-inch vertical was the second highest of the linebacker group.

I understand, I don't think I saw Graham. You may be right about Dupree, just cause someone always drops to round 2 on draft day, I just don't think we need to draft OL in round one. It's really hard to do this sort of thing, so many holes, and so many ways to go about filling them you wind up getting confused and second guessing your initial FA signings or draft picks
