prime21
#Hurricanes WR Phillip Dorsett just wowed the crowd with his 40-yard dash. Times are unofficial at this point, but it may have been sub-4.3. — James Walker (@JamesWalkerNFL) April 1, 2015 Dorsett was clocked at 4.25 and 4.27 by scouts in the 40. — Adam Beasley (@AdamHBeasley) April 1, 2015
CaliforniaJet
Damn!! I would be happy with Dorsett, Perryman, or Duke. I really want one of them on this team.
prime21
#Hurricanes RB Duke Johnson also ran a good 40 time. I unofficially clocked in the 4.4 range. But we will see what scouts officially have. — James Walker (@JamesWalkerNFL) April 1, 2015

Patriot Killa
Damn!! I would be happy with Dorsett, Perryman, or Duke. I really want one of them on this team. I want all three. Miami is known for solid players.

Patriot Killa
I'd be happy with Dorsett with our 2nd Rd pick I would too. Seems to be solid in all the right areas for a wide out.

JetBlue
Damn, Dorsett might have positioned himself in the bottom of the first round. I was confident he would be there at 37; not so sure now...
New York Mick
That's why I drafted him in the mock for Cleveland. He's fast but can also play.
ComfortablyNumb
I'm banging my drums for Phil D from day one. He's perfect complement for this team. Get our OLB edge guy in first and steal Dorsett in second.
flgreen
2015 Pro Day Notes: Wednesday, April 1, 5:20 p.m. By Tony Pauline, http://draftinsider.net/image: http://walterfootball.com/college/Miami_logo.gifMiami The day belonged to receiver Phillip Dorsett. As reported earlier, Dorsett blistered in the 40 and improved his already fast time from the Combine. Afterward, Dorsett was nothing short of sensational during position drills. He ran crisp routes, caught everything thrown in his direction and most importantly, practiced to his 40 time. People who've been attending Hurricane pro days for more than a decade told me Dorsett's performance today was the best they've ever witnessed at a Miami pro day. Yesterday I reported Dorsett had dinner with the New Orleans Saints. Today I can tell you they are bringing the speedy wideout in for a visit. I can also inform that head coach Sean Payton and Jeff Ireland were on the sidelines gushing over Dorsett and talked about what a great fit the receiver would be for their offense. Running back Duke Johnson timed under 4.5 (4.48), which is faster than his Combine mark. As reported earlier, Denzel Perryman went down with a hamstring injury at the end of his second run, and I'm hearing it's pretty significant. How this affects Perryman during his individual workouts moving forward is something to keep watch of. I'm told defensive end Anthony Chickillo came to the workout a little lighter, and was used exclusively at linebacker during position drills, but struggled. He was stiff and looked poor trying to backpedal in coverage drills. Ladarius Gunter looked smooth and fluid in drills, while Clive Walford, who was struggling with a hamstring issue, was put through a grueling workout by the Cincinnati Bengals. New York Mick
hes actually a guy who looks faster than his time. Love his burst and instincts, but not sure if I've ever seen him break a tackle Lol, he's 180lbs. Living through a tackle is all that's needed. Love his burst and instincts, but not sure if I've ever seen him break a tackle When you're flying past defenders you don't need to break tackles. That's what Marshall and Decker are there for. Gas2No99
Glad to hèar The U is still producing talent despite poor results. I spent summers with family in the late 80s early 90s in Sweetwater & Biscyne Bay, and THEY LOVE THEIR CANES & take so much pride in the players! It was an NFL ProBowl player factory up until 10-15 years ago. Hope that program resurrects catering to all the SICK local talent they produce

David Harris
After this I can't see him getting to our 2nd round pick but a good WR will have to be there, there's simply too much wideout talent this year. I'd take Periman. Again if you were playing this draft purely on strength of positions correlating with our needs it'd go: Round 1: OLB Round 2: WR Round 3: RB There will be good talent there at each slot. Exactly how I see it. Depending on who's available in second and third I would flip it. Like if Gurley is still there in second I run and pick him then go for Agholor assuming Dorsett would be gone. Or take Dorsett and best available RB in third.
