rkw522
Jets announced today that TE Chris Pantale and LB Chris Young was cut. Corey Hilliard who recently signed with the team has retired. Think this move opens up the doors for Wes Saxton at TE. Diamond in the rough. The LB core was crowded so the cut makes sense.
JohnnyLV
Huh, I thought Pantale had some promise.

Jenkins, a former first-round pick for San Francisco, played in 25 games with Kansas City over the last two seasons. He managed nine catches for 93 yards in nine games a year ago for the Chiefs. AJ Jenkins was a first round pick. So per logic i have heard around these parts we should atleast value him as a top 3rd round pick for eternity. /POSEYed

One guy via trade to team with new GM who scouted him and played a part in selecting him while Dir of College scouting for trading team vs a guy off the street. Amazing it has to be explained for some.

Bachelors3
I think Pentale was cut because they really like UDFA TE Wes Saxton of South Alabama. Mac mentioned him yesterday when he was speaking to MF.
