The video shows the chaos unfold in the Twin Peaks Restaurant parking lot in Waco, where bikers were armed with guns, knives and brass knuckles, police said. Video shows police with guns pointed at the bikers, some of whom were on the ground. Officers were already at the scene when the shooting started, Waco Police Sgt. Patrick Swanton said, and responded within 30 to 45 seconds. Some officers "appropriately" returned fire at the bikers, Swanton said. No officers were injured, police said.
