A New Jersey man is suing his former boss for allegedly grabbing his crotch so hard that he had to have one of his testicles removed, according to the New York Post.

Michael Peacock, 45, of Somerset County, said in legal papers that his boss at Iron Mountain Management attacked him in the bathroom at an upstate New York company retreat, grabbing his left testicle, squeezing it and pulling it "as if to rip it from his groin," the Post reported. He had to have three surgeries, the report said.

The alleged attacker, according to legal papers, was Richard Langtry, who is accused of attempting to engage in "a perverse and misguided attempt... to bond with Peacock while simultaneously demonstrating his authority and dominance," the Post reported.
