Saw Weir play with Chris Robinson and the Black Crowes a bunch,but never got too into the dead, a bit before my time, although I do love their pigpen stuff. My understanding is that back in the 90's, Albany gave up on arresting them on minor drug offenses and simply starting issuing tickets.
