Why don't my customers understand the word "urgent?"

Not everything can be urgent. 

 

It's not urgent if the valve you need is for a drydock project you are thinking about possibly doing about a year from now. 

 

As a salesman, shouldn't you be glad that someone "urgently" wants something now, that they might not even need a year from now?

 

Stop complaining and ship the damn anchor

Have you called to demand that the customer change his request to not urgent?

Perhaps he doesnt quite have the measure of you.

First d-bag customer service doesn't put the game on in Jacksonville, now this!

Outrage.

Since then, the guy that answers the phone at the affiliate can now change the game to teh Jets.... with a big remote. 

So...you know....we have that going for us.
