The refs set a record for penalties called through the first 3 weeks since the merger. Been killing the games. No question they were told to chill out with that for this game. Fitz underthrew Marshall on the long reception, and he almost was picked off with Decker open in the end zone. So, we're back to what could've happened instead of what did happen.
