Its nice to go into next season without the worry of lookin for a new gm, coach, or OFfensive coordinator for once. I think since rex was here, every year was a new song and dance with someone new. Nice change not having the drama aspect going into offseason....not that we will be headed into offseason anytime soon

Heres to continuing or win stretch sunday

And like rex said, "the jets are red hot right now" i honestly dont think there is one team in the AFC that will be in playoffs we can't compete with. First things first lets beat buffalo, but man i cant imagine how great a feeling it would be to make it to the pats and beat them again...not getting ahead of myself. Just so excited for Sunday. LETS GO BOYS!

So true!!!  From 2011-2014 there's always been some kind of end of year
drama:

2011 - The MIA game exposes the dysfunction in the locker room.  Ryan
promises to clean it up and get a better feel for his team.  He then
throws Schottenhemier under the bus and hires Sparano

2012 - The Sanchez/Tebow nonsense leads to a 6-10 year.  Woody knows
he needs to make a change and fires Tannenbaum and hires Idzik.  Of
course Ryan throws Sparano under the bus and hires Mornhinweg.  Pettine
heads for BUF to get away from the nonsense

2013 - Questions fly around whether Idzik will keep Ryan.  We end up a
surprising 8-8 which leads to the locker room scene where Woody retains
Ryan

2014 - After a train wreck of a season the whole Idzik/Ryan nonsense
comes to an end.  Thankfully Woody hired Casserly & Wolf to help him in
the search.  And hopefully we'll never have to deal with this for 10+
years

April deserves credit.  That unit was a disaster at the halfway point in the season and was costing us games.  At least they're performing capably now when we need it most.

Hell even Bullock, an awful kicker for much of his career, hit a 49-yarder on Sunday, without which there is a very good chance we do not win that game.  Not sure how much impact ST coaches have on kickers beyond kickoffs, but it's a positive for April as well.  Scrapheap kickers don't always do this well when the incumbent starter gets hurt, especially for a cold weather, outdoor team like ours.

This season is far from over why worry about next season bask in the glory this team is having this season.

Force of habit; by week 15 we are used to talking about firing coaches, offseason and the draft.  Finally being able to focus on football and winning in the last week has likely confused many and taken the rest of us out of our comfort zone. Too much pressure. Try and be understanding as much of the fanbase is still punch drunk from the last few years.

Wasn't sarcasm. I think his agent is going to ask for Kapernick, Tannenhill money minimum. Pat Kirwan thinks it will cost $15M to lock him up before FA.

well we will see I guess ... If he has a shiny new ring on his finger I'll go with it!

Rex threw Sparano under the bus?  Did you think they should have kept him?  He was quite possibly the single worst coordinator I can remember.

Given it was Rex who hired him only the year before, you could argue that he at least gave him a push, if not threw him under.

If he was that bad, why did he hire him in the first place? Shared blame IMHO.

Parcells recommended him.  Tannenbaum was Parcells boy too, that is how he ended up in Miami. That fat **** should get a commission.
