Seriously, a Supreme Court appeal over a 4-game suspension when your profession is to throw an oblong shaped ball? Yes, the same court that reviewed cases regarding desegregation of schools, abortion, and also decided the winner of a Presidential election, and Brady asks them to determine if his balls being deflated is a Constitutional matter.
