I'm sorry but the writing is on the wall for Fitz. Say what you want about Geno but I'd rather see what he has and not make the playoffs then to pay Fitz and not make the playoffs also. Pretty simple. If Geno does worse than Fitz then you will have a better draft pick and have more cap room. Once again though, Fitzpatrick will not get us to the playoffs! Sorry to say this but I specifically remember being in the red zone and Fitz throwing an INT in the end zone late in the game blowing a chance for us to win. 10 wins usually does get you in the playoffs but it doesn't work that way. We didn't make the playoffs period end of story. Like I said before, Fitzpatrick is a mediocre QB. Someone you bring in as a backup at this point who can take the reigns if your starter get injured. He's not someone you should go chasing down for a starting position which is why no team in the NFL is doing that. Don't you find it interesting that no other team is even interested in Fitzpatrick?
